FXC Intelligence named as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work 2025

  • FXC Intelligence named as a ‘Best Place to Work’
  • Recognised for strong personal development opportunities, a vibrant social offering and flexible hybrid working
  • One of only seven finance industry companies honoured in its category this year

FXC Intelligence, the leading provider of cross-border payments data and intelligence, has been named as one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2025, in the small organisation category.

One of the top 202 businesses in the UK to be selected for the prestigious award, the company was chosen for its mix of strong personal development opportunities, a vibrant social offering and support for flexible hybrid working.

The award draws from anonymous surveys that see existing employees rate the company via 26 questions in six different categories. These saw FXC Intelligence achieve an overall 93% satisfaction rate.

The company is one of only seven small companies across the finance industry to be recognised this year.

Awarded annually, the Sunday Times Best Places to Work list recognises companies that are leading the way in creating supportive, enriching and rewarding work environments.

FXC Intelligence’s inclusion reflects its efforts to develop an inclusive, supportive and flexible environment that pairs serious development with an engaging social setting.

The company hosts a broad range of initiatives for professional and personal development, from regular coaching and personal training budgets through to dedicated specialist networks, including LGBTQIA+ and Women in Payments groups.

With a flexible hybrid working environment, FXC Intelligence also supports regular remote working alongside in-office team days and company-wide socials. The success of this is reflected in its gender diversity, with a far higher share of female employees than the industry average, as well as a senior leadership team that is 50% female.

Daniel Webber, CEO and Founder of FXC Intelligence, said:

“We have worked hard to build a company that recognises, rewards and develops our employees, and I am delighted that it is recognised in our inclusion as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work.

“FXC Intelligence is proud to provide leading data solutions to some of the biggest names in payments, finance, technology and beyond, and cultivating a strong working environment is vital to achieving that.”
